Sliced, it is ideal when served alongside a spreadable cream. It is a product similar to our award-winning artisanal panettone, to have a high-quality leavened product on your table all year round. The structure is extremely soft, the taste elegant yet bold. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, as tradition has dictated since 1882.

PROCESSING

Each Pan Brioche is individually processed by hand, from the refreshing of the sourdough to the shaping, to ensure the highest quality. 100% natural leavening and long maturation times are our mantra, allowing Pan Brioche to be easily digestible. We use centrifuged butter, flours from Italian wheat and fresh eggs from free-range hens. The true artisanal breakfast. Without flavors, without preservatives, without vegetable fats or semi-finished products of any kind.

How long do leavened products last?

All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 90 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.

How can I properly store the products?

Trattandosi di prodotti artigianali, quindi privi di conservanti, vi consigliamo di conservarli accuratamente, in un luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano dalle fonti di calore, evitando gli sbalzi di temperatura.
