The sweet for every day. A baked product suitable for breakfast, snack, and dessert. For those who want to start the day off right or end a lunch on a sweet note. They are made by our pastry chefs according to ancient recipes passed down from the Olivieri family. Our range of baked sweets includes: doughnuts, puff pastries, brioche bread, and cakes. The Doughnuts are the typical grandmother's cookie: the recipe is historic, invented in the 1970s by Grandma Miranda, the third generation of the Olivieri family. The Puff Pastries are the quintessential sweet snack. A thousand layers of butter puff pastry stacked on top of each other, covered with icing and delicious apricot jam. The Brioche Bread is absolutely the ideal leavened product for breakfast. Combining the simplicity of a soft sweet bread with the refinement of our Venetian brioche. The baked cakes have been designed in an ideal format for single-serving consumption, to be enjoyed at home but also convenient to take with you during the day.

PROCESSING

For over 140 years we have been working artisanally, patiently following each processing step and crafting each product with passion. Every baked sweet is worked on individually, consistently following the processing methods that our family has refined over the years, each recipe according to its precise processing. They are 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand with passion, as the Olivieri tradition of 1882 dictates.

We have always been passionate about raw materials and their processing. We only seek out artisanal and top-quality ingredients. We select suppliers based on their professionalism and values shared with our company. And when we select a particular ingredient, it is because we have first-hand knowledge of the product, as well as the company and the person who actually produces it. Our suppliers are partners with whom we collaborate side by side, building long-lasting working relationships and mutual growth. We use selected ingredients such as the prized Bourbon vanilla from Tahiti, all flours are from Italian grains, raw cane sugar, Breton butter obtained by centrifuge, fresh eggs from free-range hens, Italian acacia honey, and other ingredients to differentiate them like Valrhona chocolate, almonds, and jams. This, combined with the meticulous attention paid to following processing methods, gives our baked goods a unique texture, a rustic and delicious aroma, and a very elegant flavor.

How long do leavened products last?

All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 90 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.

How can I properly store the products?
