Our Panettone has a double leavening of over 48 hours, made only with live sourdough and filled with Australian Sultana Raisins 5 Crowns, with black specks of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla inside.
It is 100% Artisanal, entirely handmade with passion, following the tradition since 1882.
